William J. Chardavoyne joined the Company's Board of Directors in May 2006. He has more than 30 years of finance and management experience, most recently serving as CFO from 2000 through 2006 for Activision, an international publisher for interactive entertainment software products. He has also served as CFO for Movietown.com, a development stage Internet company, and has held several senior management positions for Columbia Tri Star Home Video and MTV Networks. He began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young. Mr. Chardavoyne received a BBA in accounting from Hofstra University. |
