Mr. Skidmore was appointed as a director of the bank effective January 2, 2007. He has held progressively responsible positions with Waste Management and a predecessor company since 1978. He previously served on the Board of Directors of both First County Bank in Chardon and of Metropolitan National Bank in Youngstown. He is a member and President of the Chardon Rotary, a former President of the Chardon Chamber of Commerce, a former member of the business advisory committee of Kent State University (Geauga), and a past representative to the board of the National Solid Waste Management Association in Washington, D. C. |
