William J. Rosato has been Senior Vice President of Tarragon Development Corporation since February 2005 and Director of Construction since October 2003. Before joining Tarragon, Mr. Rosato managed development activities in the New York metropolitan area for Lincoln Property Company. Prior to that he held positions in the New York offices of Bovis Lend Lease and Skidmore Owings and Merrill. Mr. Rosato received his BA and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a licensed architect in the state of New York.
