J. William Reeves, a partner, graduated from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, and Cornell University. He is a member of the Monroe County, New York State and American Bar Associations. He was Co-founder of the Securities Law Forum (now the Business Law Section) of the Monroe County Bar Association. He specializes in Securities, Business and Venture Financing where he represents both emerging companies and investors, and Intellectual Property. He is a member of the Board of Directors of InSciTek Microsystems, Inc. and Soleo Communications, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the High Tech Business Council, an organization whose mission is to advance the growth of technology based companies in the Greater Rochester area.
