William J. Plummer focuses his practice on general corporate matters, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Bill represents both buyers and sellers of businesses, as well as lenders, borrowers, and equity investors in financing. Bill is experienced in advising companies in all stages of development regarding acquisition, financing and exit strategies as well as advising business owners on their personal financial and other planning concerns. Bill lectures frequently on buying and selling businesses and business succession planning. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Bill received his undergraduate business administration degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Brown County Bar Association, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
