Bill Hogan is a Managing Director in the Public Finance Group at Assured Guaranty Corp., with responsibility for a team that covers the healthcare, investor-owned utilities and domestic project finance sectors. Prior to joining Assured Guaranty in 2004, he worked at CIFG and Financial Security Assurance. Mr. Hogan began his career as an analyst at Moody’s Investors Service where he covered a broad range of transactions in the public finance market. Bill Hogan completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is a member of several industry organizations including the National Federation of Municipal Analysts Board of Governors.
