For 35 years, Bill Campbell has enjoyed a general corporate and securities law practice, serving as corporate counsel for a diverse group of clients, including some of Colorado’s best known businesses. Bill works with investors, directors, officers, and employees of public and privately owned businesses to develop corporate legal strategy, seek practical solutions to complex or routine legal problems, and design and implement preventive law programs. His practice is diverse, involving public and private financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and relationships with vendors, distributors, customers, employees, and competitors. In recent years, many of these transactions have become international in scope. He is a member of the coordinating group for Faegre & Benson’s international practice.
