Mr. Watkins is a partner in the public accounting firm of Watkins Uiberall, PLLC, CPAs and has served in that capacity since 1971. Since 1994, Mr. Watkins has also served as a member of the Tennessee Board of Regents and as the Chairman of the Board of Regent’s Audit Committee. Form July 2001 to June 2005, he served as Chairman of the Board of Regent’s Finance and Administration Committee and Chairman of Finance and Administration from July 2001 to June 2005. From July 2003 to June 2005, he has also served as the Chairman of the Board of BKR International’s Americas region. The Company’s Board has previously determined that Mr. Watkins is an audit committee financial expert, as such term is defined in Item 401(h)(ii) of Regulation S-K promulgated under the Exchange Act and is independent, as defined in Section 121(A) of the listing standards of the American Stock Exchange. |
