WILLIAM H. MAXWELL, M.D. (Age: 68, Director since: 1986) is a member of the Compensation and Stock Option Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. He has been President and CEO of Maxwell, Kluger, Makaretz M.D., P.A., ENT Associates since its inception in 1973, working as an otolaryngologist (head and neck surgeon). He is Vice President of Medical Network, Inc. (a Maine PPO) and also serves as Chairman of the International Section of the Physicians Insurance Association of America.
