William H. Howard, Jr. has been with the Bank since September 2000. He serves as Senior Vice President and head of the Business Banking Department. Mr. Howard is a member of the Maryland Bankers' Association and America's Community Bankers' Legislative Committees. He is also active in the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Howard County. He is active on various other
community- oriented committees, including those of Hospice Howard County and the Association of Retarded Citizens of Howard County. He is also a member of the Resurrection St. Paul School Board.
