Mr. Bradley has served as NIC's Secretary since May 1998, General Counsel since July 1998, Executive Vice President of Strategy, Policy & Legal since January 1999, and Chief Operating Officer since May 2006. From May 1998 to February 1999, Mr. Bradley served as one of NIC's directors. He also served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of NIC’s Indiana Interactive, LLC subsidiary. Mr. Bradley was also the General Manager for City-County Interactive, LLC, a subsidiary of Indiana Interactive, which manages CivicNet for the city of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana.
From July 1989 to December 1994, Mr. Bradley was an associate and later a law partner at Hinkle, Eberhart & Elkouri, LLC, a law firm in Kansas.
Mr. Bradley holds a B.A. in English from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.
