Mr. O'Kelly was appointed Chief Financial Officer in April 2006. Mr. O'Kelly comes to Senetek with 30 years experience in senior financial and accounting roles at technology companies and in public accounting.
During his career Mr. O'Kelly has participated in building two technology companies from concept to multi million dollar businesses through organic growth and acquisitions. He has restructured financial operations of a billion dollar software company raised debt and equity operating capital and delivered return to investors through revenue growth and in two cases sale of the business at a market premium.
Mr. O'Kelly's past experience includes financial and management positions at Agentis Software Informix Software Chemical Supplier Technology and Air Liquide International. He began his career as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young.
Mr. O'Kelly holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Florida.
