Mr. Clark is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and has served in this position since 1969. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1969 to May 1997. Mr. Clark was also co-founder of Realty Income Corporation. He has been involved as a principal in commercial real estate acquisition, development, management and sales for over 40 years. His involvement includes land acquisition, tenant lease negotiation, construction, and sales of commercial properties for regional and national retail chain store operations throughout the United States. |
