William E. Dordelman currently serves as Vice President Finance and Assistant Treasurer of Comcast Corporation. In this capacity Dordelman's responsibilities include support for global capital formation as well as supervision for investor relationships and cash management activity. Dordelman also oversees the company's vast investment portfolio monitoring such holdings and monetizing positions when appropriate.
Prior to joining Comcast in August 1993 Dordelman managed a private equity partnership MontWest Capital Partners in San Francisco. Prior thereto Dordelman was employed in the Communications and Media groups of Lazard Freres & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. both in New York working primarily in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance.
Dordelman graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Lawrence University majoring in Economics and French. He lives with his wife Sally and two children in suburban Philadelphia. |
