William E. Chiles (Director) has served as a director since August 2003. Mr. Chiles has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Offshore Logistics, Inc. since July 2004. Mr. Chiles served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Grey Wolf, Inc. from March 2003 until June 2004. Mr. Chiles served as Vice President of Business Development at ENSCO International Incorporated from August 2002 until March 2003. From August 1997 until its merger into an ENSCO International affiliate in August 2002, Mr. Chiles served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chiles Offshore, Inc. Mr. Chiles earned a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Texas and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting with honors from Southern Methodist University, Dallas. |
