Mr. Davis is one of the founders of the company and a graduate of Louisiana State University in Electrical Engineering. As a pioneer in designing Internet-enabled applications, he has been the driving force in bringing to market the world’s first fully functional Internet-based healthcare application in the 1990’s. He has over twelve years professional experience in the healthcare technology industry and is a member of several industry associations dedicated to the development and proliferation of technology throughout the healthcare system.
Mr. Davis served as a Director and the company’s Chief Technology Officer until March 2003, and then as the President and CEO until March 2005 when he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. As the Chairman, Mr. Davis oversees the company’s overall strategic plan and works closely with the executive and management teams to assist the company in the execution of the plan. |
