William C. Sherman, CPA, MST is a partner with Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP. He graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He also holds a master's degree in taxation from the University of New Haven. Mr. Sherman was the partner responsible for the compliance sector in the Entrepreneurial Tax and Consulting Division of DiSanto Bertoline & Company, P.C. until the firm's merger with Carlin, Charron & Rosen in October 2002. He has more than 22 years experience in tax, financial accounting, reporting, and consulting services. Mr. Sherman's clients include corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates, trusts, employee-benefits plans, and nonprofit organizations. His commercial clients are in the manufacturing, wholesale, retail, construction, real estate, and professional services sectors. The major concentration of his practice is in tax planning, consulting, and compliance. |
