Bill Powell attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC where he studied the Bachelor of Science program of Business Administration. Bill served six years in the United States Army National Guard. He has more than 30 years of real estate experience, working with Bank of America as it grew in Florida during the 1980's and several development organizations focused on retail shopping centers. Mr. Powell holds a CPM® designation with IREM, an RPA® designation with BOMA and has been an active member of ICSC since 1992. His career includes property management and asset management duties with Edens & Avant, where he was responsible for over 6 million square feet of retail centers along the Eastern Seaboard and Ohio. He also spent over five years negotiating leases nationwide while representing Fortune 500 corporations. |
