Mr. Shutzer, 59, is a partner of Evercore Partners, a financial advisory and private equity firm. He previously served as a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers from 2000 through 2003, a Partner in Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, a merchant banking firm, from 1999 through 2000, as Executive Vice President of ING Baring Furman Selz LLC from 1998 through 1999, President of Furman Selz Inc. from 1995 through 1997 and as a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers and its predecessors from 1978 through 1994. He was elected a director of the Company in 1984. Mr. Shutzer is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Jupiter Media Corp., CSK Auto Inc., and TurboChef Technologies, Inc. |
