Wesley Debnam joined Pediatric Services of America as its Vice President of Human Resources in April of 2005 responsible for improving and maintaining the Company’s Human Resources policies, programs, operational support initiatives and employee informational systems. Wesley has had similar industry experience at both Centennial Healthcare and TheraTx where he served as the senior Human Resources leader for a combined eight years. His twenty plus years in HR management include various recognition and awards based on the quality of HR services delivered at both the field and Corporate level.
Wesley graduated with honors from both Indiana University with a M. B. A. and from North Carolina Central University with a B. S. degree. He has also completed national Senior Human Resources Certification. |
