Wes Hester, LTC (Ret.), U.S. Army, brings over 24 years leading people, managing Information Technology (IT) programs and financial resources in high level organizations including 5th Signal Command, Spacecom, Northcom, NORAD, Stratcom, Dept of Homeland Defense and DISA. He has deep extpertise in the practical application of Object-Oriented (OO) and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA); Network Operations (NetOps); Systems and Software Engineering; Testing; and Information Assurance (IA). Throughout his career in the Army, he successfully managed organizations in excess of 500 people, and budgets in excess of $64 million. He holds a Masters of Science in Software Engineering and a Masters of Acquisition Management, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA; and is a Certified Department of Defense (DoD) Level III Acquisition Program Management Executive with a Top Secret Security Clearance.
