Mr. Werner is a proven executive with over fifteen years of increasingly responsible casino development and operations experience in the gaming industry. Mr. Werner has worked or consulted for some of the largest Native American casinos in the United States. In his career, he has assisted with the development of 6 casino openings and project management on 11 casino expansions in seven states including Washington and Oregon. Mr. Werner’s experience includes: compact and/or contract negotiations; casino design, development and construction project management; casino floor design and game layout, surveillance operations and systems design and installations; creating policies and procedures for all departments; and drafting and implementing regulations and minimum internal controls. Mr. Werner is a native of Minnesota but now resides in Washington. |
