Wendy Nieto is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Intraware. In this role Ms. Nieto is responsible for corporate finance. Nieto previously served in various senior finance positions at Intraware including Controller and Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance. Ms. Nieto brings over 15 years of experience at both public and private companies serving in a progression of financial management positions. Most recently she held Director of Finance positions in both the corporate accounting and operations group of Chiron Corporation a leading global biotechnology company. A Certified Public Accountant Ms. Nieto holds a B.S. from California State University Hayward and an M.B.A. from St. Mary's University California. In 2006 she was named to the Board of Regents of St. Mary's University to advise the Officers and Board of Trustees of the College. |
