Wendy N. is a Leadership Development Consultant with specialties in Leadership Coaching and Succession Planning. She has designed and implemented a global leadership development strategy required to grow a high-tech company from $300 million to 2.5 billion in sales in 5 years. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Hawaii and a Master's degree in Organizational Communication/Development from Purdue University. Wendy is active in several professional organizations, including the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, Organizational Development Network, Center for Creative Leadership, Society for Human Resources Management, National Human Resources Association, and American Society for Training and Development.
