Weihua is responsible for web-based applications, tools and subsystems for database management and modeling at TalentSphere. He defines and implements database architecture and design, implements the data transfer program, conducts database tuning and capacity planning, and implements the disaster recovery plan. Before joining TalentSphere, he worked for Robert Half International, Parker Hannifin. He earned his degree from the College of Computer Science at The National University of Defense Technology in Changsha China, and has completed work towards a Masters at China Institute of Atomic Energy. |
