Wayne serves as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering. Prior to joining Catilin, Wayne worked in a variety of assignments for over 30 years with The Dow Chemical Company, including various assignments in petrochemical production, environmental health and safety, acquisitions and divestitures, new business start-up, and technical recruiting. Wayne served as the Dow Houston Operations Site Manager for 10 years prior to joining Catilin. During this time, he also served in numerous industry and civic leadership roles, including the East Harris County Manufacturers Association Board of Directors, Chairman of the LaPorte Plant Managers Network, Chairman of the Deer Park Chamber of Commerce, and the San Jacinto College Foundation Board. Wayne earned a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University, where he received the Chemical Engineering Department Outstanding Alumnus Award in 1993. He also continues to serve on several Chemical Engineering and Department of Engineering committees at LSU. |
