J. Wayne Seelbach served during 2000 - 2003 as Vice President EHS for Cal Dive International and re-joined Helix Energy Solutions Group in 2006. Mr. Seelbach has over 30 years of international EHS management experience gained with Allseas, Brown & Root, ETPM, ExxonMobil Development Company, Fluor Ocean Services and Transco Exploration. The majority of his experience has been with large offshore projects under the stringent EHS standards of the North Sea. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Masters of Science in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Colorado State University. Wayne is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CSHP) with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, United Kingdom. |
