Current responsibility
Wayne is a principal and consulting actuary in the West Paterson, New Jersey, office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1988.
Experience
Wayne provides actuarial services to a wide array of clients, including single and multi-line primary insurance companies, reinsurance companies, residual market mechanisms, and self-insurance programs. Wayne has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been a consulting actuary for 16 years.
Among the consulting services he provides are loss reserve analyses, due diligence work for mergers and acquisitions, rate and funding projections, financial studies, cash-flow analyses, and statistical claim models.
Wayne has also performed actuarial analyses for insurance companies outside of the United States in Japan, Brazil, and Sweden.
Affiliations
Wayne is currently on the Casualty Actuarial Society's Program Planning Committee.
Presentations and publications
Wayne co-authored the paper, "The Application of Fundamental Valuation Principles to Property/Casualty Insurance Companies" published in the Casualty Actuarial Society's 2004 Discussion Paper Program book.
