Wayne's varied business career spans all aspects of human resources, quality management, career management, organizational consulting, coaching and business formation and ownership. He has extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and the employment and termination processes. Wayne has been immersed in business consulting since 1963, the employment process since 1965 and career transition services since 1968.

Wayne has held senior leadership positions with Fortune 500 global organizations, and has been a successful business owner and a director/owner of an international career management firm. Wayne holds an MS in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Industrial Technology from UW-Stout. He holds life certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is certified as a Quality and Productivity Facilitator.

Active in business and civic activities, Wayne is a board member of West Allis Memorial Hospital, West Allis-West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce, member of the West Allis Plan Commission, and community member of the West Allis Joint Review Board for TIF's. Previously he served as President of the West Allis Police and Fire Commission and for 14 years was Chairman of the West Allis Community Development Authority. Wayne was Chairman of the 2006 West Allis Centennial Celebration Executive Board. In addition, he served as a member of the Board of St. Luke's Medical Center and Aurora Heath Care - Metro Region, and was a member of the Board of Education of the School District of West Allis-West Milwaukee, et al.
