That's how Warren L. Speed, who began as Property Manager for Parkway Realty Services in 1993, describes the primary objective of the People Department. The Customer Advocate department, which also falls under the umbrella of the People Department, is responsible for acquiring feedback from every Parkway customer via an annual in-person interview and written survey. This customer service program is rare in the industry, but for Parkway, increased customer communication has paid off with increased customer satisfaction. This department also receives internal customer feedback through Employee Advocate interviews that are held with every Parkway management team. |
