Mr. Batts is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tupperware
Corporation, a diversified consumer products company. In 1997, Mr. Batts retired as Chairman of Premark International, Inc., a diversified consumer products company, where he also served as Chief Executive Officer from 1986 until 1996. Mr. Batts has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Chicago School of Business since 1998. Mr. Batts has also served as a director and the Chairman of Chicago Children's Memorial Medical Center; a life trustee for the Art
Institute of Chicago; a director and the Chairman of the National Association of Manufacturers; and a director of the National Association of Corporate Directors. |
