He is an outstanding resource to his clients in assisting in the development or refinement of job roles and corresponding compensation packages. His ability to understand complex healthcare issues allows him to identify and target exceptional candidates that both fill the role required and fit within the unique culture of each client. Walter spent 15 years as as a healthcare executive in consulting, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and operational roles. He was responsible for running national divisions of public and private companies and worked with Ernst and Young in their Health Science Advisory Services division. Walter is a nationally recognized healthcare expert who has been quoted in numerous publications. A native of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Walter holds a B.A. with Distinction in Economics from the University of Virginia and his Masters of Business Administration from the University’s Darden Graduate School, where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence. Walter has lived throughout the eastern United States and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. An avid golfer, Walter serves on the Board of the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association and is a member of its Finance Committee
