Wade A. Hinton practices in the areas of general corporate, real estate, and government. He has counseled clients on matters from entity formation to acquisition. His experience also includes working with retailers, real estate developers and governmental entities. Currently, Mr. Hinton serves as a Director for Hamilton County Government. Prior to joining Miller & Martin PLLC, Mr. Hinton was the co-founder and partner at the law firm of Snipes, Roberson & Hinton LLP.
