Wade Bean is a corporate and securities attorney in The Venture Practice at Ray Quinney & Nebeker. Wade joined the firm after practicing in the Salt Lake City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where he represented public and private companies, investors and investment banks in a variety of venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and public securities offerings. In addition to earning his J.D. at Northwestern University School of Law, Wade earned his M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he majored in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Prior to graduate school, Wade spent three years as an economic and business consultant with Charles River Associates (now CRA International) in Boston where he advised large corporations on a variety of strategic, financial and corporate development-related matters. |
