Vivianne is a member of the firm's Alcohol Beverage & Food Law Department. Her practice focuses on compliance matters related to the rules, regulation and business practices that govern the marketing, sale and consumption of alcohol beverages from all segments of the industry (malt beverages, wine, distilled spirits). She also has experience representing food industry clients on compliance matters involving federal and state laws governing health, safety and nutrition. Encompassing both administrative law and litigation, Vivianne's alcohol industry legal practice includes advising foreign and domestic producers, processors, wholesale distributors and retailers on issues pertaining to trade regulation and marketing practices, inter-tier relations, industry sponsorship agreements, and administrative compliance. Vivianne's experience includes contract review, liquor licensing and trade practice analysis, as well as zoning and litigation matters. Vivianne was born in New York and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to attending law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, she worked as a certified secondary school teacher in the Hillsborough County, Florida public school system. Vivianne received her Bachelor's of Arts degree in History and Spanish and her Master of Science degree in Social Science Education from Florida State University. Vivianne graduated from The University of Florida Levin College of Law with her J.D. degree in December 2004.
