Vivek has approximately 20 years of experience in developing and managing the Finance and Accounting functions of several large manufacturing and service companies. As COO of exëvo, Vivek is responsible for managing operations to ensure that the highest quality work is consistently delivered.
He is also responsible for financial reporting across the globe, primary research process delivery, employee management and hiring, managing facilities and IT infrastructure, as well as acting as CFO for the group.
Previously, Vivek was global Financial Controller of NetAcross, a global technology services firm. During his time at NetAcross, Vivek managed the F&A function of their various international entities, as well as handling investor relations and legal support. Additionally, Vivek handled several rounds of venture funding for NetAcross, two separate mergers, as well as an investor exit. Prior to this, he worked with two leading automobile companies, Eicher Ltd and Punjab Tractors Ltd.
Vivek is a rank holder Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. |
