Virginia R. Dean has served as our Vice President Human Resources since November 2007. From 2004 to 2007 Ms. Dean served as Director of Human Resources at The Bridgespan Group. From 2001 to 2004 she held positions at Macromedia Inc. including Director Human Resources and later Director of Organizational Development. From 2000 to 2001 Ms. Dean served as Director of Compensation and then as Acting Vice President of Human Resources at Allaire Corporation (acquired by Macromedia). From 1999 to 2001 she held the position of Merger-Integration Partner for Human Resources and later as Director Compensation for Retail and Commercial Banks at FleetBoston Corporation. Prior to FleetBoston Ms. Dean held various professional service positions at BankBoston Corporation Towers Perrin and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Ms. Dean received her M.B.A. from the Simmons Graduate School of Management and her B.A. from the University of Vermont.
