Prior to joining Diverse Connections Virginia held the role of Managing Director for Spherions Human Capital Consulting Group where she held overall general management responsibilities for the entire Southwest Region. Virginia spent over 7 Years with Right Management Consultants as Managing Principal of three branch offices and two large scale career centers. In this role Virginia created and implemented the first career/learning center of its kind within the entire organization resulting in a new line of business for Right In 1999, Virginia founded Cole, Braun and Associates: a professional services firm specializing in Executive Recruitment, Management Consulting, and Outplacement. Her goal was to provide new approaches and techniques in assisting employees with services that were relevant and cutting edge in the world of talent recruitment and development. Prior to starting her own firm, Virginia spent a decade in the staffing and recruiting industry where she managed multi-site service companies whose key focuses were in Sales and Marketing, Training, and Organizational Effectiveness. She recruited and managed a team that led service delivery for the entire San Gabriel and Inland Empire region. Virginia has worked with clients such as Hughes Aerospace, DirecTV, Arco, Cheveron, Disney, World Vision, and Rohr.
