Ms. Casalone is currently Vice President, Client Resources of Sy.Med Development. She joined Sy.Med in August of 2003. Prior to joining Sy.Med, Ms. Casalone was Director, Payer Relations/Provider Enrollment for Columbia Physician Services, an HCA subsidiary. After earning her Master of Health Administration degree from Saint Louis University, Ms. Casalone began her healthcare career with a multi-state 450,000 member insurer offering HMO, PPO and Worker’s Compensation products. Over a ten year period, she held various managed care positions including senior level responsibilities with integrated healthcare delivery systems and investor-owned companies. Additionally, Ms. Casalone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is certified by the Certification Board of the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) both as a Certified Credentialing Specialist and as a Certified Professional in Medical Services Management. |
