Vincent Scaglione, Jr. is a shareholder and director of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Toxic Tort and Complex and Commercial Litigation. He has extensive national trial and litigation experience in mass toxic tort claims and acts as national coordinating counsel for a major corporation. Mr. Scaglione also maintains an active Landlord Tenant, Small Business Counseling, and Trade Association practice. Mr. Scaglione is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Federal Courts in Pennsylvania. Mr. Scaglione graduated from Tulane University in 1987 with a B.S. in Management, where he was also a member of the varsity football team. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1990. Mr. Scaglione is a frequent speaker on landlord tenant relations. |
