Mr. DeSimone performs legal research on issues related to the real property development approval process. He prepares and reviews documentation necessary to secure approval from municipal, county and state agencies for the development of commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeSimone served as a Senior Service Associate for New York Life Investment Management, LLC. While attending law school, Mr. DeSimone participated in the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice Pro Bono Program where he served as a law clerk to the Union County Public Defender's Office Pre-Trial Disposition Unit. Mr. DeSimone also served as a Summer Associate at this firm.
