Vincent L Sadusky is President CEO Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for LIN TV Corp. where he heads all finance and accounting functions and works with the experienced LIN management team to identify and pursue new growth opportunities. Mr. Sadusky joined LIN in 2004 from Telemundo Communications Inc. a leading Hispanic broadcasting network and subsidiary of NBC where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and lead all of the company’s financial and accounting operations.
Mr. Sadusky held positions at Telemundo for over 10 years beginning as Vice President Finance and was promoted to CFO in 1999. He made significant contributions to Telemundo’s growth and success and played a critical role in the network’s merger with NBC in 2001. During his tenure at Telemundo he led four equity and eight debt offerings structured and financed seven TV station purchases and helped form domestic and international joint ventures. He reported to financially sophisticated owners including General Electric/NBC Universal Liberty Media Apollo Group and Sony Pictures among others. Prior to joining Telemundo he was an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLC.
A native of New Jersey Mr. Sadusky received his MBA degree from New York Institute of Technology and his BS in accounting from Penn State University where he was a University Scholar and graduated with distinction. Vince is a member of the Financial Executives Institute American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs. |
