Vincent J. Velardo is Of Counsel to the firm of Beigelman, Feldman & Associates who concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Vince has litigated many complex matters in state and federal courts throughout the New York City metro area as well as across the country at the trial and appellate levels. Vince received his B.A. from Lehigh University in 1993 and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1996. Vince has been admitted to practice in New Jersey since 1996, New York since 1997 and is also admitted in the United States District courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Vince clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court for the Hon. Julio M. Fuentes, P.J.Cv., (currently United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit), and Hon. Carol A. Ferentz, P.J.Cv. Vince is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and has been on the Board of the American Cancer Society’s New York City Dogswalk since 2005. |
