Victoria Franchetti Haynes, Ph.D., became RTI International’s third president in 1999, following a 22-year career of research leadership, management and new business development. She got her start at Monsanto Research Corp. in 1977 and secured four promotions before her departure in 1992 as director of technology in the company’s plastics division. Prior to joining RTI, she worked for seven years at BFGoodrich Company, where she served as vice president of research and development and later as chief technical officer and vice president of the company’s advanced technology group. Haynes currently serves as a corporate board member on behalf of Lubrizol Corp.; Nucor Corp.; PPG Industries, Inc.; and Ziptronix, Inc. |
