Victor Halpert joined the Company's Board of Directors at the beginning of 2004. Mr. Halpert, a well-known analyst, has been covering the technology industry for more than ten years as a senior equity research analyst. Mr. Halpert brings with him a vast experience, acquired through covering and guiding dozens of USA-listed Israeli and American software and hardware companies, including extensive industry analysis and preparation of detailed company reports. Additionally, he had provided institutional investors with regular updates on companies under his coverage in the technology industry. Mr. Halpert also has a strong familiarity with the international venture capital (VC) market and M&A transactions, having been involved in dozens of transactions. Between June, 1999 and January, 2003 Mr. Halpert served as Director of Equity Research at Salomon Smith Barney (a division of Citigroup). Prior to that, Mr. Halpert had served as a senior equity research analyst at Robertson Stephens, Salomon Brothers Inc., and Israel Equity Research & Management Ltd. Mr. Halpert holds a B.A. in Science and Accounting from New Paltz College, State University of New York, an M.B.A. from University of Chicago, and an M.S.A. from University of Illinois at Chicago. |
