Mr. Brodsky was appointed as Chief Accounting Officer in August of 2007 and Principal Financial Officer for SEC reporting purposes in November of 2007. Mr. Brodsky 49 brings to DCAP his experience in executive and financial management of public companies.
Mr. Brodsky has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vertical Branding Inc. (OTBB: VBDG) since March 1998 and will continue to provide services to Vertical Branding in such position. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions spin-offs financings registration statements SEC reporting as well as executive management. He also serves as Secretary of Vertical Branding holding that position since November 2005. Mr. Brodsky was a Director of Vertical Branding from May 2002 through November 2005. Prior to joining Vertical Branding in March 1998 Mr. Brodsky spent 16 years at the CPA firm of Michael & Adest in New York. |
