Victor N. Baltera is a partner in the Real Estate and Environmental & Natural Resources Departments of our Boston office. Mr. Baltera counsels clients on regulatory compliance and permitting matters in all areas of environmental and land use law. He regularly represents clients with respect to environmental, zoning and other land use aspects of business and real estate transactions and has been involved with a number of major Boston area developments, including various waterfront projects. Mr. Baltera has overseen environmental due diligence for acquisitions and financings of numerous industrial and commercial properties throughout the country. He also represents clients before state and local agencies in seeking permits and in administrative enforcement proceedings.
