Mr. Coleman is a member of the Board of Directors for Douglas Emmett, Inc. He is the Chairperson of DEI’s Compensation Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Coleman is the founder and managing director of Hudson Capital, LLC, a real estate investment firm in Los Angeles and he is a partner in a number of other investment companies. Mr. Coleman was a co-founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Arden Realty, Inc., a public REIT specializing in Southern California office real estate, from 1990 until its sale in the spring of 2006. Mr. Coleman served as a member of the board of directors of Arden Realty from 1996 to 2006. Mr. Coleman lives in Los Angeles and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. |
