Veronique is currently working on projects for a major telecommunications company. These projects involve the integration of legacy systems, implementation of CRM tools and redesigning sales systems.
The greatest challenge she has encountered in her career as a consultant has been user resistance to change. She finds it very rewarding when she successfully implements a solution and gains client acceptance.
