Dr. Vance D. Coffman has served as a director of the Company since October 2007. Dr. Coffman served in various executive capacities at Lockheed Martin Corporation, a high technology aerospace and defense company. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1997, as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 until 2004, and as Chairman of the Board until 2005. He is a Member of the National Academy of Engineering and a Fellow in the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the American Astronautical Society. He is also a director of 3M Company and Deere & Company and was a member of the board of directors of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company until May 1, 2007.
